The Fund is a diversified, closed-end management investment company registered under the 1940 Act and structured as a Delaware statutory trust. Managed by StepStone Group Private Debt LLC (Adviser) and StepStone Group Europe Alternative Investments Limited (Sub-Adviser), the Fund is designed for Eligible Investors and combines features of private investment funds with registered closed-end funds. It seeks to generate current income and, to a lesser extent, long-term capital appreciation, primarily through a multi-lender investment strategy focused on private credit. The Fund intends to invest at least 80% of its total assets in Private Credit Investments, including direct and syndicated loans, structured credit products, and specialty credit sectors such as trade finance, real estate lending, and infrastructure-related debt. Equity exposure may not exceed 20%. Investments are sourced via a network of Investment Partners and private investment funds. The Fund offers quarterly repurchase offers as its liquidity mechanism.
