Axxes Opportunistic Credit Fund is a Delaware statutory trust registered under the Investment Company Act of 1940 as a non-diversified, closed-end management investment company operating as an interval fund, with quarterly repurchase offers. The Fund seeks attractive risk-adjusted returns primarily from current income and, to a lesser extent, capital appreciation. It invests at least 80% of net assets plus investment borrowings in credit instruments, including bonds and loans, stressed and distressed credit, convertible securities, structured credit and hard-asset credit instruments. Its strategy encompasses opportunistic credit, special situations, distressed/stressed credit, structured credit and hard-asset investing, seeking opportunities arising from market dislocations. Axxes Advisors I LLC is the investment adviser and Greywolf Capital Management LP is the sub-adviser.
