The Fund seeks long-term capital appreciation by investing at least 45% of its total assets in equity securities of “China companies.” The investment strategy employs a fundamental, value-oriented, long-term approach emphasizing company-by-company analysis rather than industry or sector trends. Investment selection considers factors such as growth prospects, competitive position, technology and R&D, profit margins, management, and other financial metrics. The portfolio is constructed from an “action list” based on companies trading at a discount to their long-term earnings potential. As of the most recent reporting period, approximately 95.7% of the Fund’s net assets were invested in Chinese equities.
