USQ Core Real Estate Fund is a Delaware statutory trust registered under the Investment Company Act of 1940 as a non-diversified, closed-end management investment company and operated as an interval Fund. The Fund seeks current income and capital appreciation with moderate volatility and low correlation to broader markets. Its strategy invests primarily through a fund-of-funds approach in private institutional real estate funds, complemented by public real estate securities such as REITs, ETFs, index funds, closed-end funds and other real estate-related vehicles. Under normal circumstances, at least 80% of net assets plus borrowings are invested in real estate securities, with exposure diversified across property types, managers and geographies. Union Square Capital Partners, LLC serves as the investment adviser.
