SkyBridge Opportunity Fund (the “Company”) is a statutory trust organized under the laws of the State of Maryland and is registered under the Investment Company Act of 1940, as amended (the “Investment Company Act”), as a closed-end, non-diversified management investment company. On March 24, 2025, the Company was re-domiciled as a Maryland statutory trust from a Delaware limited liability company. Like an unregistered private investment fund, the Company will offer and sell shares of beneficial interest, par value $0.00001 per share (“Shares”), of the Company. in large minimum denominations to high net worth individual and institutional investors and will restrict transferability of the Shares.
