Privacore VPC Asset Backed Credit Fund is a Delaware statutory trust registered under the Investment Company Act of 1940 as a non-diversified, closed-end management investment company and operated as an interval fund. The Fund seeks a high level of current income and, to a lesser extent, capital appreciation by investing at least 80% of net assets in asset-backed credit instruments. Its strategy focuses primarily on private and public senior secured first-lien structures, loan pools, mezzanine credit, securitized products and other credit backed by financial, physical or intellectual assets, including consumer, small business, real estate, litigation finance, transportation and other asset classes. Privacore Capital Advisors, LLC serves as investment adviser and Victory Park Capital Advisors, LLC as sub-adviser.
