KKR FS Income Trust Select

KKR FS Income Trust Select is a Delaware statutory trust and an externally managed, non-diversified, closed-end management investment company that elected to be regulated as a business development company (BDC) under the Investment Company Act of 1940. The Fund seeks to generate current income and, to a lesser extent, long-term capital appreciation by investing primarily in debt securities of private U.S. middle-market companies. Its portfolio is focused predominantly on senior secured first-lien loans, complemented by asset-based finance, subordinated debt and selective equity-related investments. FS/KKR Advisor, LLC serves as investment adviser, and the Fund’s strategy emphasizes private credit opportunities across middle-market corporate lending and asset-based finance.
