Golub Capital Private Credit Fund is a non-diversified, closed-end BDC formed in May 2022 and externally managed by GC Advisors LLC, an affiliate of Golub Capital. Its investment objective is to generate current income and capital appreciation. Under normal circumstances, the Fund will invest at least 80% of its total assets in private credit investments, with a primary focus on directly originated and privately negotiated loans to U.S. middle-market companies, especially one stop and other senior secured loans. The Fund may also invest in liquid credit instruments such as broadly syndicated loans, securitized products and corporate bonds, and it has commenced a quarterly share repurchase program at the Board’s discretion.
