Partners Group Next Generation Infrastructure, LLC is a Delaware limited liability company registered under the Investment Company Act of 1940 as a non-diversified, closed-end management investment company. The Fund seeks attractive risk-adjusted returns from a portfolio of global infrastructure investments and normally invests at least 80% of net assets plus investment borrowings in infrastructure-related assets. Its strategy focuses on value-add and core-plus infrastructure, using direct equity and debt investments alongside primary and secondary investments in infrastructure-focused private funds, with selective liquid investments for portfolio and liquidity management. The Fund targets infrastructure businesses providing essential services across areas such as transportation, energy, communications and other critical-service sectors. Partners Group (USA) Inc. serves as the investment adviser.
