The fund’s sub-adviser is KKR Credit Advisors (US) LLC (the “sub-adviser” or “KKR Credit” and, together with its affiliates, “KKR”). The investment adviser and the sub-adviser are each registered as an investment adviser with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (the “SEC”) under the Investment Advisers Act of 1940, as amended (the “Advisers Act”).
