Apollo Diversified Real Estate Fund is a continuously offered, diversified closed-end management investment company registered under the Investment Company Act of 1940 and operating as an interval fund. The Fund seeks total return through current income and capital appreciation, with moderate volatility and low correlation to broader markets. Its multi-strategy approach invests across private and public real estate-related markets, including Apollo-originated hybrid credit and equity investments, real estate secondaries, private funds, REITs, structured credit and other public real estate securities. Under normal circumstances, at least 80% of net assets plus investment borrowings are invested in real estate securities, with allocations adjusted dynamically across debt and equity opportunities. Apollo Real Estate Fund Adviser, LLC serves as investment adviser, with Aon Investments USA Inc. acting as sub-adviser for the Fund’s private institutional real estate fund allocation.
