Carlyle Tactical Private Credit Fund is a diversified, closed-end management investment company registered under the Investment Company Act of 1940 and operated as an interval fund. The Fund’s investment objective is to produce current income by opportunistically allocating its assets across a wide range of credit strategies. Under normal circumstances, it invests at least 80% of its assets in private fixed-income securities and credit instruments, including liquid credit, direct lending, opportunistic credit, structured credit, asset-backed finance, and real assets credit. The Fund may also invest in hybrid capital, including stressed and dislocated investments. Shares are not listed on any exchange and have limited liquidity, with quarterly repurchase offers providing the primary liquidity mechanism. The Fund is advised by Carlyle Global Credit Investment Management L.L.C.
