The CAZ Strategic Opportunities Fund is a non-diversified, closed-end management investment company structured as a Delaware statutory trust and registered under the Investment Company Act of 1940. The Fund aims to deliver long-term capital appreciation and current income by investing across a broad array of private market assets, strategies, geographies, and asset classes. It accesses opportunities through primary and secondary fund investments, as well as direct and co-investments. While primarily focused on illiquid private market assets, the Fund may invest up to 20% of its assets in liquid securities such as ETFs, public equities, fixed income instruments, and cash equivalents to manage liquidity and capital calls.
