Princeton Everest Fund is a Delaware statutory trust registered under the Investment Company Act of 1940 as a non-diversified, closed-end management investment company and is continuously offered to accredited investors. The Fund seeks long-term capital appreciation by investing predominantly in private equity pooled investment vehicles, including primary fund commitments, secondary interests and direct/co-investment opportunities. Its strategy focuses mainly on buyouts, growth capital, special situations and other private equity opportunities, diversified across managers, geographies and vintage years, with buyouts expected to represent the largest allocation when fully deployed. Princeton Fund Advisors, LLC serves as the investment advisor.
