Emery Partners Income Credit Strategies Fund (EPICX) is a Delaware statutory trust registered under the Investment Company Act of 1940 as a non-diversified, closed-end management investment company and operates as a tender offer fund, with Emery Partners LLC serving as investment adviser. The Fund seeks current income and, secondarily, long-term capital appreciation by investing primarily in income-producing credit and credit-related assets. Under normal circumstances, at least 80% of Managed Assets are invested in credit and credit-related investments, with more than 50% expected in Private Markets Investment Funds, alongside co-investments and direct investments. Its strategy spans senior secured and unsecured lending, junior and mezzanine debt, asset-based lending, bridge financing, receivables factoring, structured credit, CLOs, leasing and royalty-related investments.
