Equalize Community Development Fund is a Delaware statutory trust registered under the Investment Company Act of 1940 as a non-diversified, closed-end management investment company operating as an interval fund. The Fund seeks current income while preserving capital and also aims to help institutional investors receive favorable consideration under the Community Reinvestment Act (CRA). Its strategy invests primarily in Community Development Loans, including SBA 504 first-lien loans secured by owner-occupied commercial real estate, USDA Rural Development loans and Bureau of Indian Affairs loans, with at least 80% of net assets normally invested in such loans. The Fund may also hold U.S. government securities and other permitted fixed-income investments for liquidity and portfolio management. Equalize Capital LLC serves as the Fund’s investment adviser.
