Coller Private Credit Secondaries shareholders approved a new investment advisory agreement with Coller Private Market Secondaries Advisors after EQT agreed to acquire 100% of Coller Capital, expected to close in third quarter 2026. The agreement keeps advisory fees unchanged.

Coller Private Credit Secondaries updated its continuous offering terms, including 3% additional shares for purchases until the earlier of September 30, 2026 or $500 million of subscriptions. Investors forfeit those additional shares if related shares are repurchased within three years.

Shareholders who tender may receive cash, subject to the 2% early repurchase fee and the $10,000 minimum account balance.

Coller Private Credit Secondaries launched a multi-class perpetual fund on May 11, 2026, with Class I, S and D Shares offered at NAV and 80% targeted to private credit secondary investments. It may make only limited quarterly repurchase offers of up to 5% of net assets, leaving investor liquidity constrained.

Coller Private Credit Secondaries shareholders approved a new advisory agreement after Coller Capital’s owner EQT agreed to acquire 100% of Coller Capital in a transaction expected to close in the third quarter of 2026. The fund’s advisory relationship, fees and portfolio management team are expected to remain unchanged, with the new agreement taking effect after closing and the required 20-day notice period.
