The StepStone Private Infrastructure Fund (STRUCTURE) is a Delaware statutory trust registered under the Investment Company Act of 1940 as a non-diversified, closed-end management investment company operated as an interval fund. The Fund's investment objective is to generate current income and long-term capital appreciation by providing exposure to private infrastructure assets globally. It primarily invests in secondary investments, co-investments, and primary investments across various sponsors and investment types.
