Lord Abbett Credit Opportunities Fund is a diversified, closed-end management investment company that operates as an interval fund and continuously offers Institutional Class, Class A, and Class U Shares. The Fund’s investment objective is total return, pursued through a flexible allocation across a broad range of credit sectors including corporate, sovereign, municipal, and structured products. Under normal conditions, it invests at least 80% of net assets in bonds and other fixed income instruments and derivatives providing exposure to such securities, with the ability to hold high yield debt, stressed and distressed issuers, defaulted securities, DIP financings, and instruments across all levels of the capital structure. The Fund may invest globally, including in emerging markets, and may use derivatives, short sales, and leverage. Liquidity is provided through quarterly repurchase offers for between 5% and 25% of outstanding shares at NAV, with the Fund currently expecting to repurchase 5% each quarter. The investment adviser is Lord, Abbett & Co. LLC.
