KKR Real Estate Select Trust Inc. is a non-diversified, closed-end management investment company that operates as a real estate investment trust (REIT) and is registered under the Investment Company Act of 1940. The Fund’s primary investment objective is to provide attractive current income, with a secondary objective of long-term capital appreciation. Under normal circumstances, the Fund invests at least 80% of its net assets in a portfolio of real estate, including property investments, debt interests, and to a lesser extent, traded real estate-related securities. Its investment strategies include stabilized, income-generating commercial real estate, prime single tenant real estate, and real estate debt and preferred equity. Investments are typically structured through privately-owned operating entities. The Fund is advised by KKR Registered Advisor LLC, part of the real estate group of Kohlberg Kravis Roberts & Co. L.P.
