First Eagle Private Credit Fund is a non‑diversified, closed‑end management investment company that elected to be regulated as a business development company under the 1940 Act and seeks to generate returns primarily in the form of current income and, to a lesser extent, long‑term capital appreciation by investing in private credit. The Fund’s principal investment strategy is to originate and acquire private credit investments, including directly originated senior secured first‑lien and asset‑based loans, club deals, second‑lien loans and broadly syndicated loans and other debt securities, and to invest substantially in private credit investments to U.S. private companies. The Fund offers shares on a continuous basis and has implemented quarterly tender/repurchase offers (tender offers/repurchase program) as its liquidity mechanism. The Fund is externally managed by First Eagle Investment Management, LLC, with First Eagle Alternative Credit, LLC serving as sub‑adviser/sub‑investment manager.
