Harrison Street Real Estate Fund LLC is a Delaware limited liability company registered under the Investment Company Act of 1940 as a non-diversified, closed-end investment management company and operates as an interval fund. The Fund seeks consistent current income, with capital preservation and long-term capital appreciation as secondary objectives. Its strategy invests primarily in private real estate funds and publicly traded real estate securities, including REITs, preferred securities and real estate debt, while maintaining at least 80% of net assets plus borrowings in real estate-related investments. The portfolio is diversified across property types such as multifamily, industrial, office, retail, hotel and specialty sectors, with exposure to core, core-plus and, to a lesser extent, value-added strategies. Harrison Street Private Wealth LLC serves as investment adviser.
